How to inject steroids

 

Anabolic steroids are always injected in the muscles (intramuscular injection).

Medical supervision is strongly recommended. A good thing if you can't get medical help is to have it done or supervised by someone experienced, at least for the first times. Always remember to pull on the serynge slightly while the needle is in the muscle to make sure no blood is coming in serynge : that would mean that you are NOT in a good place to inject as you are hitting a blood vessel. In that case, take off the needle completely and try again.
